So I have a 32bit windows 10 with a x64 prossecer and I was trying to upgrade and after I did the usb part and I clicked on application it said "This app cant run on this pc to find a version for your pc.check with software publisher
so im trying to do an upgrade to 64bit bececause i have a 64bit processer and im on a 32 bit right now so when i doing the installtion for the 64bit it says i cant run this app check your software publisher
Personally, I would remove the existing hard drive containing working copy of 32 bit windows. Install a new drive and clean copy of 64 bit Windows and your apps.
Then plug old hard drive in as a second drive and selectively copy your data from old drive to the new drive.
If you run into problems wtih 64 bit Windows 10, you have the option to booting up the previous 32 bit Windows.

Please explain more, exactly how you are trying to upgrade. A clean (new) install is the only way to go from 32 bit to 64 bit.
Before you attempt the upgrade, make a full (all partition) drive backup (disc image) to another drive. Then if it fails you are able to restore.
The free Macrium Reflect is a popular disc imaging program.
