Intel vPro AMT

Hi,

I have a new Dell OptiPlex 5090 with 10th Gen i7 processor. I have enabled AMT, but when I connect I see that it is only the Intel Standard Manageability, not the Active Management Technology. So Remote Desktop and KVM are not supported.

Is there anything I can do to enable full AMT?

    So when buying a new computer with an i7 vPro processor. How would I identify if the motherboard supports AMT?

    Cannot be upgraded has to be ordered with that feature.  The motherboard versions are different and its not available in all countries.

    This has been the case for over 15 years now aka Core 2 Duo Optiplex 755 and up.
