Go to SolutionMFS18 is only plug-and-play compatible with Dell monitors that have the push button under the square mount cutout. For example, the S2721NX does not have the button, and requires an adapter. The adapter is the Dell VESA Adapter plate, that may be included with MFS18 -

The N85GR MFS18 Micro All-in-One stand should work with Dell monitors (19" to 27") that have the standard VESA mounting cut out.
