Optiplex 3050 SFF GPU Clearance

Hello everyone I was planning on ordering the Dell OptiPlex 3050 SFF I already know that when upgrading these pc's the PSU doesn't provide much availability so I plan on immediately upgrading the power supply and the ram because I plan on gaming with this PC.

So I need to know if the two fan MSI Gtx1650 I already bought for my last build will be okay sized to fit in the 3050 SFF

unfortunately by default the 3000 series SFF do not support dual slot width gpu unless you install the psu outside case.

you need a low profile gpu in SFF.  Full height gpu video ports will be partially blocked by SFF chassis back panel.  you can not close side panel if you install a FH gpu.

User validated 70w RTX 3050 6GB is user validated as working with 180w PSU.  By that reasoning, a 53w RX 6400 (can play games like Fortnite and Minecraft) should also work with it.

Best bet is to get a tower with more room for a GPU.  Newer Optiplex's have higher-watt PSU's available.

Oh yah, we can't forget about userbenchmark.  Just remember it doesn't mention PSU requirements.
