Some feedback on the community site
Greetings!
I spent a little time going over the community site and here's some thoughts:
1. The link to "recent Oracle Proven Solutions" in the welcome block links to the community blog. I'm not certain what your intent is for the blog but since it's empty right now perhaps there's a better landing page for this link.
2. The link to "Oracle Specialists" in the welcome block links to the "3 Things About You" discussion. I'm fairly certain this isn't the intent.
3. The link to "Tell us about yourself" in the welcome block links to https://community.emc.com/docs/DOC-10851. Since there is a sub community for the OSE Tribe this might be a better place to link to then the all but empty document.
4. If the voting block is persistent then we should endeavor to keep a poll there at all times. Right now it shows that "there are no polls available" since the last one expired.
5. I would remove the "Hot Items" block until we have a bit more critical mass...
Just my thoughts.

One other bit of commentary:
I'm pretty sure you don't have an option to suppress the blog tab so it might not be a bad idea to put up a "Introduction to the Everything Oracle at EMC" blog post just so it's not empty.
