We ordered a PowerEdge 2850 with the DVD/CD-RW drive, and I can't seem to get the CD Drive to work properly. I ran the diagnostics at boot on 5 or 6 different CDs with no issues, and when I pulled the drive and put it in my laptop, it worked perfectly. But on the server, in windows, it seems that 90% of the time, It doesn't recognize the CD I put in. I have to eject the CD and then reinsert it (Usually once, but sometimes two, or more, times) before it will see the CD.

The server is running Server 2003 x64.
