Dell Express Flash NVMe PCIe SSD PM1725a
Hello.
Our organization has several Dell R730/R740xd servers.
We want to install some Dell NVMe SSD PM1725a in them.
The local seller provided us with these SSD's, but we doubt their authenticity - they haven't got Dell sticker on them.
In the iDRAC inventory we see:
SAMSUNG 0 B SAMSUNG MZPLL1T6HEHP-00003 with firmware GPNA5B3Q.
PCI ID - 144D:A822:144D:A812
But as far as I know PC ID for SSD from Dell should be 144D:A822:1028:1FDD
Is this the original Dell Express Flash NVMe PCIe SSD PM1725a?
We can flash it with firmware 1.1.2,A03 from Dell?
Thank you!

Hello
If it does not have Dell/Dell EMC part numbers on it then it is not one of our cards. Our firmware is only intended for our cards. You will get an error of no compatible device found if you try to install our firmware onto a normal card.
If it was sold to you as Dell EMC certified then I would return it and order form someone else. If the seller is one of our partners then you can provide details privately to allow me to investigate.
