E0212 error
I have a poweredge 2650, I am getting error of
E0212 GB0 1.8v FP
E0212 GB1 1.8v FP
Now we just had the system board replaced by Dell. I know that I should update the Bios and the ESM, but I can't get the server to boot past where it shows the processor's speed and bus speed.
It will not go into the setup menu or the utility mode.
Any suggestions?

VOLT NIC 1.8V
Integrated NIC voltage is out of acceptable range; faulty or improperly installed power supply; faulty system board.
