I have a PowerEdge 1400 that has been turned off for quite some time. I recently tried to boot the machine and get nothing. When I plug in the power cord the PSU Fan kicks on for ~5 seconds then turns off. It appears that the MoBo is getting power (green LED), but the power button does absolutely nothing. I have opened the machine and reseated every component/cpu (except the cpu) with no change. This server worked fine a couple of months ago - I personally moved it from our server closet to the bench area so it could be wiped clean and re-allocated. There are no post codes that I can detect (no beeps or flashing lights anywhere that I can see). Any help is appreciated.
