Building a T110 on the Dell site doesn't mention any options for a DRAC. As this is such a low end system (basically a desktop with a PowerEdge badge and a few options that a desktop generally wouldn't offer), this isn't too surprising. The T110 starts at ~US$300, but the DRAC6 Express alone is ~US$100 and the enterprise version (with the remote console option) is ~US$350 (more than the base price of the T110 server itself).
