Solved!
Go to Solutionusing 2 quadro both for display output on r730
I have an industrial application with machine vision. Will run 24/7, but is not 'mission critical'.
I have 8 cameras that i need to have displayed each on their own 1080p screen.
If I install windows or ubuntu directly on the bare metal of an R730 and use two Quadro P4000 gpus, can both work as video out?
So 4x 1080p displays per quadro, for 8x displays total. (not using the mobo VGA output, disable in bios)
thanks!

Hello thanks for choosing Dell.
R730 GPUs supported at RTS Nvidia AMD Intel Phi Nvidia K80 AMD S9150 Intel Phi 7120P Nvidia M60 AMD S7150 Intel Phi 3120P Nvidia M40 AMD S7150x2 Nvidia K40M AMD S/W9100 Nvidia GRID K1 Nvidia GRID K2
I'm afraid I don't see P4000.

atafm2,
Unfortunatly it won't. While graphic cards are supported on the server, it is to add processing power, and can't be used to replace the embedded video.
Let me know if this helps.

Hello thanks for choosing Dell and welcome to our community.
To start with, M10 is not a supported GPU for your server as you can see here.
