There is a chance you can get it back up.  I would recommend calling technical support at 800.822.8965.  Support is always free, regardless or warranty status.

You need to find out which drive failed first and force online the other one.  One easy way to do this is to boot to an OMSA Live! CD and look at the hardware or controller logs.  Once you find out which drive was the last one to go offline, then you can force it online and see what you have.

Not that I know of.  Basically ....

• Download the ISO and burn image to CD
• Boot to the CD
• Set password when prompted (several minutes into booting)
• Log in as root and your password
• Type startx when prompted to start the interface
• Open Dell Applications folder
• Run Server Administrator
• Click on the Logs tab
• Note times of failures, finding last drive
• Go to Storage, PERC, Connector/Enclosure, Physical Disks
• Choose Force Online from dropdown for drive that was the last to fail
• Reboot to Windows (hopefully)

I try to rebuild it ...then its give me failed then i pring it online .. and itry its give the same error blue screen
My question can i change the fail hardisk with other one ? 

Well, all you can really do is try forcing that one offline (it may be bad) and forcing online the other one ... or call data recovery services.

This will only work using the original disks.  If it doesn't work having forced online the drive that you did, then all you can do is force it back offline and force online the other one and pray it works.  Call data recovery services if it is imperative you get this data recovered.  You could also do a do-it-yourself recovery for much less money but much more time ... look up RAID Reconstuctor.

I can't help you through the recovery ... Google RAID Reconstructor.  It is a program that will read and reconstruct data on RAID arrays, writing the final data to an external hard drive.  You only pay for it if it works - the trial version will allow you to see if it can recover anything.

Your problem is your RAID array is corrupt/broken, which has resulted in an unreadable Windows installation.  It may have been caused by a bad drive or, less likely, a bad controller.  After attempting to repair, before reinstalling/restoring, test your system for failures and recreate the RAID array fresh.

Brother its same look i try to call dell they told me only they support USA and Canada regional ..
My last change to is RAID Reconstructor ..

Also i try to repair widnows its give me blue screen also i try to install fresh windows on the same raid its give me blue screen NTOSKRNL.exe
What should i do in this case ??

What my problem ist Hardware or Wndows ?
