This is our current environment:

Windows 2012 r2 datacenter
vcenter 6.0.0, 3634793
(4) esxi 6.0.0 3620759
How do I set NTP via cli? Dont see anything in the user guide.

There's no option to set NTP via SCLI.
There is an option to configure it when using the vSphere plugin deployment wizard, in one of the steps.
