I see that you've got a support ticket opened, so please make sure to follow up there as well.
Build 2.0.7536 is a bit old, and as you've jumped to the 4.14 kernel I suspect that the module just isn't compatible.
CentOS' meltdown/spectre remediation email that I saw advised to go to 3.10.0-693.11.6.el7. Doing so will maintain kernel ABI compatibility with what the current SDC module expects now, and -once it's supported- you can go to 4.14.
