Do you want that these ESXi hosts to not to be used for ScaleIO in the future also?

The main issue is that instead of generating GUID, you've generated only one, and the rest were created by changing the last digit.
1. Generate new GUID for each ESX host, you can use the site: Generate GUIDs online
2. Set new GUID for each host, and reboot it.
3. The old SDC records will become disconnected.
4. Delete the record using sdcli command: --remove_sdc
