Cannot see VNX devices in Powerpath
Operating system: RHEL 6.0. Powerpath version 5.6. After connecting and presenting devices to host, the devices do not show up under PowerPath control.

Yes, the HBA could see all the luns. Emulex.

I suggest check the following:
- Use the “powermt display options” command and see if the status is ‘managed’, and whether the “powermt config” command has been issued after the LUN was assigned.
- Confirm whether the failover mode is properly configured.
- Check whether there were any errors during PowerPath configuration.
- Check whether an incorrect PowerPath package has been installed.

What is the HBA? Can HBA see the luns and the paths?
