I renewed my dell data safe yesterday. Started a backup and it is now 12 hours later and the backup is at 18/% and says "transferring". Is this normal or what is going on?
I believe you are referring to Dell Data Safe Online. Data tranfer depends on the amount of data. Please let me know the amount of data that is being transferred?
You can cancel the backup, restart your system and try the backup again to see if that works.
