install PV 132T Bluescreen

I have installed PV 132T at windows 2000 server,i have problem after i'm installed medium changer driver W2K runing properly and i dont find any problem but after i'm installed driver SDLT W2K blue screen occured.I have installed in power edge 2650 & power edge 1750 both server if i'm installed W2K blue screen occured, i need you help because my cust will use the server and power vault 132T.

    I need you to check and see if you have the SDLT actually connected to the raid controller card or not.
    Also what SDLT driver did you install? The driver should be version 2.4 build a02
     
    Also are there any error message on the front of the 132t. If you are needing to get this to work immediately, I would recommend calling into dell technical support at 1-800-822-8965, and a technician will be more than happy to help you with all of the servers and powervaults.
