Dell 5820 memory
I have been Dell computer user since 2014. What struck me was that no application recognizes the RAM memory, while on other servers is not a problem. Back then I had a Dell T7600. Now I have Dell 5820 and the problem is identical. I have tried various applications, but none of them recognize the RAM memory. What is the problem?

Yes, I tried CPU-z, HWInfo and many more. They see total amount of memory but modules no.

So I checked it. What's not in the Memory tab is in the SPD tab down to part # and serial #.

Have you tried CPU-Z? It can be Googled and download it from Tech PowerUp. Other sites go in circles.
I think I might know what you wanted anyway.
