Hi, I have been troubleshooting this issue for about 8 hours now, Windows Crashed, went to restart and windows wouldn't load,repair feature gets errors so i created a windows media tool for recovery/ repair,i can see the device but it appears to not actually load it, i've done this numerous times on windows 10 via desktops and it works fine but not on windows 11 on my laptop.I have tried MS support (completely useless, the only thing they could think of was to contact Dell and blame it on hardware).I have now also tried downloading the Dell OS recovery but it doesnt give me an option for windows 11 (this is fine i'd happy go to windows 10 anyway) so i ran the setup as instructed and it doesnt do anything, usb no longer shows as a bootable device (it showed just didnt do anything when i had windows media instead).Is there a way to reset to default via bios perhaps or is there somethign i've missed as i only had this laptop abotu 1 month and im used to desktops.Oh also i ran system diagnostics and no errors found, just need it to actually read the usb stick and let me go through normal windows repairs Any help would be appreciated cause at this point im feeling that buyng this laptop may have been a mistake.

I used the creation tool for windows 11 as thats what was installed.Yes i've used F12 during boot to select the device.Before game crash i had total war CTD so i tried booting up mass effect trilogy and it completely froze. I then went to restart laptop and it completely locked up, left it for a few minutes and still froze so had to manually power down, upon restart i had the issue.I did have an issue about a month back when i was checking all the drivers adn things were installed properly that i downloaded a fake file instead of an official one but i've not seen any issues after doign a deep sweep for viruses, but still a possibility.I have the original owner coming round in a few hours with a toolbox so we can check the NVME drive is installed properly but this is the only thing i've ot yet tried and litterally at my wits end with it.Thanks for replying btw, tyring to not go insane fixing this haha

Assuming that you used the media creation tool for Windows 10 available here, have you tried using F12 (tap immediately on booting) and then choosing the USB drive to boot from? And laptops are basically like desktops in their operation just a smaller footprint. I am suspicious about the HDD/SSD in the system. I know it passed diagnostics but I am wondering what caused a massive crash. Did you make any changes or add any programs before it crashed? It is also possible that a virus or malware had some degree of influence causing the crash.

Do gtx 1650 compatible with Dell T5600?

Hey guys, i just got a secondhand Dell T5600 workstation with one Intel Xeon e5-2609 and the 635W PSU, and im going to upgrade the standard Quadro 5000 to a GALAX Geforce Gtx 1650 (1-click oc), but before that i want to ask you guys about the compability, is it compatible? Are there any stuff that i have to know before upgrading the GPU?
