T7810 shutdown problem, bios update failed

Hello Community,

my T7810 completely shuts down, but immediately after that it starts again. It's the same for Start-Power-ShutDown or by Power button shortly (in Power Options "Shutdown" is set for power button). The only way is - to hold power button until ws is switched off completely, then it is not starting again.

Remote wakeup is off in bios. Fast reboot (recommended) is off.

Also bios update has failed. There is A17, actual is A33. I've tried some earlier - A19 etc, with the same result. While updating from Windows, there is "Preparing update" message, and immediately after that ws goes to restart. When updating from setup, restart occurs after selecting Yes in "Are you sure...?" dialog.

Any suggestion is appresiated.

Thanks.

How are you flashing the BIOS? I have a T7610 and a T7910, which I flashed to A33 last week. Simply double click the downloaded BIOS executable file on your desktop, while in Windows, and sit back.

I never have a problem. The system reboots, flashes, and restarts. Have you tried this?

Naturally, I've tried this, look at the first message. "While updating from Windows" means double-click on downloaded bios exe file Also updating from boot menu (F12 during the boot) is not successful. I believe, that healthy machine has no problem with going to A33, but my dear is ill and I'm looking for correct pill

    Anyway, thank you for suggestion.
