I picked this forum because I couldn't find a forum for this tower.

I am back on my tablet again because the Dell Precision 390 tower OS Win7 Home 32bit has stopped working. I shut down Windows and the system normlly because I had other things to do. When I got back and I tried to start the system back up. All the tower did was blink the blue LED behind the power button and that's it, and the yellow LED on the motherboard is on. Other then the 2 LED's the system doesn't do anyhing, no fans, hard drive, nothing comes on period.  Before the tower completly died I was having a hard time getting things on the USB ports that were powered by the USB port to work right. Why would it just up and not turn on again?
