Upgrading my new 7820
Recently purchased a Dell Precision 7820. It's a dual processor set up, with silver 4110's and I am using a 2080ti
I wanted to upgrade the processors and got a good deal on a pair of 8252c processors. They are supposed to be compatible, but I must be missing something.
When the machine starts, I just get a couple of orange blinks and the machine restarts. It does this over and over.
What I have done so far is:
Update the bios to latest
I removed the ram, down to two sticks (correct speed ram installed)
Removed the second processor.
Same issue.
I have left the machine with one processor and reinstalled the 4110 and the machine is running with the one.
Anyone have an idea?

Upgrading with one of these processors instead of using custom SKU processors. 8252c is a custom SKU.
