I have a user that keeps getting a paper jam on this printer.  The page is getting stuck at the point just after it is pulled off of the paper tray.  Do I need to clean it out? If so, is there a kit or something to do it?  The printer is out of warranty, so I don't know how much help I can get from Dell.
