I have a B2360dn printer with these settings:

tray1 size/type: letter/letterhead
tray2 size type: legal/plain paper
manual paper size/type:letter/letterhead
manual envelope size/type: 10envelope/envelope

Normal printing to tray 1 and 2 works fine. Envelope printing works fine. When I set the print job preferences to "manual" it auto-feeds from tray1.

What do I need to check to get this printer to acknowledge manual feed?
