I bought the Dell 3300 wireless adapter and found the same problem and got even less help from our english speaking helpers across the big pond. I would spend the hour or so putting in the software into two Dell Inspiron 1150s and getting it so both would talk to the printer. And each time the next day neither one could communicate with the printer. Getting either one started to print anything involved much time and effort for nothing. I found this Dell branded product to be so faulty I took it out and bought an HP All-In-One with builtin wireless and found it does ths dame thing only sometimes it works for days and then drops the connection and it's back to the CD again. However there is a difference HP at least has given me native English speakers who have made an effort to help. Another faulty Dell product.
