A960 printer cartridges

twice now i have ordered color cartridges for my A960 and twice now when i recieved them the packing slip said they were the A940 cartridges.  what is the deal here?  are they the same cartridges or what?  help me out here admin.

    so they are the same and will work the same?  so why doesnt dell know this when i call them?  or why dont they put it on there invoice?

    do you know what the item # is for the A960 and the A940?
