Hello,

Today my boss gave me her old printer because we dont have internet at my work in order to download the installation hardware. She said it works fine, I just have one problem though

On the color cartridge there is a blue cap that holds it in place, but not on the black ink cartridge.

Now, while I'm trying to install the program its telling me that I dont have a print cartridge. Is there anything I can do, can i buy a replacement cartridge holder? I really need some advice.
