Dell 1600n printer need Dell ScanCenter Software

I brought a dell 1600n printer from discount electronics the box said to get the drivers from dell.com.  I did this and the printer functions well but I could not find the driver or sofetware for the Dell Scan Center so I could scan from the computer rather than the computer.  Where can I get this software?  I don't know if it matters but the the printer is part of a home wireless network.

Well if it makes you feel any better, I bought the same printer from the same company (Discount Electronics in Austin) this week, and have the exact same problem.  I can't even get a service tag on it, because you'll notice that Dell killed the service tag number on the reconditioned units.  I can't add it to my products list.

Bad news...... Probably the only place you'll find one is on eBay, Craig's list, etc.

I found out that Dell can't post the CD images on-line because some of the applications on the CD (i.e., the OCR SW) is licensed. You might be able to buy one via Dell tech support or spare parts. An old part p/n I have is M9094. I've got no idea what it might cost or the numbers you need to call.
