I logged into this site just to post this answer since I just spent 4 hours figuring this out:
I was getting the message Authentication Error user not registered 016-757.
I have a DELL 2815dn. I went into settings/maintenance/system, i scrolled down and turned accesscontrol mode to OFF. I then turned nonregistered user to ON. And it started working.
