Dell 922
I have a Dell 922 printer. (I'm not the most savy computer person, but I try to do what I'm told!) All of the sudden (after the warranty expired, of course) my Dell Inkjet printer prints and copies with the left side (about 1 inch or so)smudged and blurry. I tried replacing the ink cartridge, but not use. I've done all of the troubleshooting I can figure out how to do, but still no luck. It's interesting to note though, when I print a WORD document, the quality is excellent. THis smudging on the left side only occurs when making a copy of printing e-mails. HELP!
- The interesting thing is I decided to try making a copy today using the color copy and it came out beautifully, so obviously it has something to do with my black ink cartridge or that nozzle. I will try what you suggest. But it is all so confusing reading it on-line!
