No. In the manual page 23 it states that the only supported operating systems are -
• Microsoft Windows 7
• Microsoft Windows Vista
• Microsoft Windows XP
• Microsoft Windows 2000 (SP4 or greater)
• Linux Ubuntu 8.04 LTS and 8.1
• Linux OpenSUSE 11.0 and 11.1
• Linux Fedora 10

Additional information is...

I can find the Mac OS Driver for the Dell V313w Printer and there are also SuSe and Linux drivers available. Not sure if you need to use Gutenprint for Mac OS X

At the present time, Dell's Drivers & Downloads is not producing any results for any of the Dell Printers. Once the website comes back up, I may be able to find something that may work.

Your Dell Printer was made for Dell bu Lexmark. If you can find a similar printer, the drivers may of may not work.

File not found for "Mac OS Driver for the Dell V313w Printer".  Gutenprint on the other hand doesn't have the driver for Dell even though I turned on Printer Sharing as instructed.

Use Internet Explorer or try IE Tab Plus with Mozilla Firefox. First time, it asks, to download the drivers in your browser. You may have to click on the download button a second time to get it to work.
