Need some help...

Ok..
I bought a refurbished all in one 964 printer. I think it comes with a 60 day warranty all though I should have just bought a new one and payed the extra 30 bucks. Anyway...after I got the printer I had not used it for like a month as I was trying to find printer ink for it around here. I ended up buying some ink from dell later only to come home a few days later to press the power button and it does nothing...

So I am wondering did dell screw me. Because I have changed the power outlet and everything and it still does nothing. It worked for a week maybe! Anyone have any ideas as to what I could do?

I have loved dell up to this point. I said I would use them forever because the PC I bought has been nothing but wonderful. But after this I am left a little disapointed. The warranty is no more I dont think so hopefully there is something I can do to fix this.

Printers are one of those items that just seem to work for a year or two and then give nothing but trouble. In my experience the best thing to do is start again, go out and buy a new one with free ink and make sure you use it regulary or everything could clog up. I've had three printers in 5yrs and I can tell you I can remember spending hours in vain trying to get a dud going.

     Good Luck
