Just bought a 1760. My wife says "it won't print" I print my stuff. Wife's print job comes out, but not mine. Am I missing a command somewhere?

Operating system on your computer? 32-bit or 64-bit?
What model printer are you using?
What virus program and firewall are you using?
Do your print job(s) print if you restart your computer?
