I have a document in que that won't clear. It shows it is deleting, but it's been there for two days. Have tried unplugging, rebooting, still there. Any help? I have a windows 7 computer.
Try right clicking on your printer icon, then left click on See Whats Printing, then click on the document that's deleting and try deleting it again. I've run into this as well and RE deleting it worked ;)
