DMX is missing

My laptop just crashed and I have my new HDD on order from Dell.  I was looking for all the software and found that i am missing the DMX software that I had on the PC, can anyone help me please.

    Thanks I chate with support and they are sending me out the CD(s) now it is time to wait and see if it the right one.  I will let you know.

    Esquire,

     

    Okay I got the shipment from Dell which was suspossed to be the DMX however it was not it was a shipment of the Dell OS Disk.  What can I do here to get the right thing.  I can give you whatever info you need
