If you have lost the original Dell provided discs or never received them you can request a replacement set HERE (for US residents) providing you are the registered (with Dell) owner and meet the other requirements.

If you are referring to a new order, this is the wrong place to post your request.  This is a (mostly non Dell employee) users helping users forum, not a direct line to Dell.  You need to contact Dell Sales directly.
