I am trying to install VZAccess Software on my Dell Inspiron 1545 Laptop.  I am getting the above error.  I have read the forum and have done the things suggested (Run as Administrator, Register VBScript, etc...), both of those were successful but did not help my issue.  I am still getting this error message.

Please HELP!!
