I want to delete this software from my new laptop. I hate it. I don't want any advise on how to use it, just want to delete it. Have tried ever which way to get it off the laptop to no avail. Have contacted the parent company via email and have received no answer although I know that two people in their Florida location opened and read the email. RUDE! 

I don't need this software as this laptop is used only by me in my home for the most part. Therefore, I request that some instruction be given to remove the software in its entirety from my system. I didn't choose to activate it and do not appreciate that I haven't been given any choice as to having it on my system.
