Once a week or so I get a second Microsoft Outlook Icon on my Toolbar. If I go to properties, the shortcut goes to a Launch Microsoft Outlook at C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office10\Outlook.exe/recycle.
Once I clicked it by mistake, and it started to delete all my Outlook folders to the recycle bin.
How does this get there, and how do I "KILL" it.
Thanks,
Bob

Did you check the "real" outlook icon? Its properties are the same:C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office10\Outlook.exe/recycle. You might run a Detect and Repair from the OL Help menu and make sure you have all the Office Updates from the web site:
http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/officeupdate/default.aspx Forgot to mention that there is an Office forum here that might be able to help you better.

Have you scanned your system for viruses and malware lately with up-to-date antiviral software, Spybot, Adaware, Microsoft's Malicious Software Tool, etc?
