In the past week, my SupportAssist started getting an error (The parameter is incorrect).  So, I uninstalled Dell SupportAssistAgent and Dell SupportAssist.  I downloaded the product from Dell, and it won't install with the same error.  What do I do?  I'm running Windows 7 Ultimate-64 bit on my Aurora Alienware R4.  I paid for service until 10/2016, but the website says it is no longer supporting my machine.  What the?  Oh, and I run as Administrator, logon as Administrator, but nothing works.
