I have an XPS 17 (L701X), and recently, I was attempting to use the BluRay drive that came with the laptop. However, I have replaced the hard drives in the past, losing the backup partition, and thus have lost the software to play any BluRay discs. The software doesn't appear to be on any of the discs that came with the laptop, and when I attempt to use My Dell Downloads, the website just gets stuck when its examining/registering my computer. 

Is there any other way to get the software that came with the laptop or is this one of those cases where I've got to shell out $60+? I'm loving this future where everything's in the cloud or partitions, and hard copies of anything just don't exist anymore.
