I have recently purchased the 4210X Dell Projector. With disbelief I find that there is no FREEZE button on the remote. In my classroom this button is a must. I have been using many brands of Projectors over the years and all have the freeze button. Come on DELL whats going on ?

Yes, I have a blank screen button but thats no good, I need to capture my screen for the students.

Please give me a solution. Will other dell remotes which do have freeze work with this model ?
