NO Freeze Option!!!

I just purchased the 2200 MP Projector and it's been an awesome experience using it! Great picture, brightness, and sharp text! It's better than a $6000 projector we've been using for 2 yrs now.
But there's one thing that irked me about the 2200 MP. When I was making the purchase, I noticed that the "Freeze" option was listed as being available on the 2200 MP (and the 2100 MP). This was one of the reasons we chose Dell over another brand! This freeze image feature was extremely important. Unfortunately, upon using it, we've realized that it is not available on the remote or anywhere in the manual!
I am very disappointed to the point of sending this projector in for a full refund. The freeze feature was absolutely essential!!
Now, my question is... I noticed that you sell a replacement remote that can be used for the 3200MP and the 2200 MP. The remote is described as having a "Freeze" button. Goes for $60. Now, I wanted to ask if the "Freeze" button will work with the 2200 MP or if the "Freeze" button only works with the 3200 MP.

What buttons does your remote have on it?
What does your remote look like, or what lettering is on the remote?
All the information I have shows that the remote should have a freeze button on it.
But, the freeze option is not available through the OSD menu, only on the remote.
All the Dell projectors support the "freeze" option, which the remote should also have a button for.
I will also check with Dell engineering to verify this information. - Thank you Karell for addressing my question.
The remote does not have a button for the "freeze" option, which was news to me because one of the requirements that my organization was looking for in a new projector was this "freeze" button. When I looked at the descriptions of the 2200 MP on the website, the "freeze" option was definitely listed. Thus, we purchased it believing that it had the option on the remote.
Unfortunately, when I received the product, there was no "freeze" button on the remote. Thus, we were sorely disappointed and a bit upset.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Each week, we suffer greatly without this essential feature. - Oddly enough, I checked the Dell web site today and the "Freeze" feature is no longer listed with the 2200 MP. Hmmm... something doesn't seem right. I believe the 2100 MP definitely shipped with a remote with the "Freeze" feature (CNet's review clearly indicates this) but I guess Dell decided to strip it out from the 2200 MP.
And Karell, I'm sorry but the link you posted was for the 3200 MP.
The question I'm trying to find out is if the $50-60 remote you sell on the web site for the 2200 and 3200 MP, if the freeze button on that remote works with the 2200 MP! I don't think it gets any clearer than that. - Clee,
Yes, the remote should work with the 2100MP.
The remote description states this:
"This product has been tested and validated for your Dell™ 3200MP / 2100MP Projector. It is supported by Dell™ Technical Support when used with a Dell Projector. This product includes the following parts: Remote Control and batteries.
-This remote should work for the 2100MP, 2200MP, and 3200MP.
