this issue is resolved with an upgrade of CMC firmware. Which version is installed?
Anyway to temporary solve the issue, you should do a full power cycle, an hard reset or a reseat of the CMC. Unfortunately if you have only a CMC a downtime is needed.
Thanks

@DELL-Erman O I have issue with CMC not responding error. on both two CMC cards one led is blanking orange. the start button is not responding also. Can you help me.
okay as I understand cmcs are not responding and an orange blinking LED on both CMC cards. Additionally, the start button is not responding.
I can suggest a few troubleshooting steps that may help resolve the issue:
Disconnect the power cables from the CMC cards, wait for a few minutes, and then reconnect them. This can sometimes resolve temporary communication issues.
Ensure that the network cables connected to the CMC cards are securely plugged in and that the network switch is functioning properly. A network connectivity issue can cause the CMC to become unresponsive.
If power cycling and checking the network connection do not resolve the issue, you may need to perform a CMC reset. This can usually be done by pressing and holding the reset button on the CMC card for a few seconds. However, please refer to the product documentation or contact Dell support for specific instructions on how to reset the CMC for your particular model.
Hope that helps!
