I saw this at the end of my shift, so I didn't get to spend much time on it. However, it looks like that command isn't listed in the manual for 2.65.65. When I Googled it, I did find it in relation to iDRAC9.
I would refer you to the manual for 2.65.65.65. I did a search for "encrypt" and found a few hits, but not "idrac.RemoteHosts.ConnectionEncryption." You'll find the manual linked below, it may be of some worth.
