I have recently installed SAM 7.1 on a Solaris 10 environment. When I try to apply the first patch 7.1.0.1, using the -console on the installation, The installation hangs at the point where is supposed to be checking to see if any of the Smarts processes are running. I have installed 119963-03 before trying the install. Has anyone else seem this problem?
