EmailXtender 4.81.1459 mails being returned in plain text

I've recently inherited the above system and currently messages are being retrieved in plain text and losing all formatting.  What should I be looking for to try to get mail to be restored in it's original form.

Currently email setup is Exchange 2003 and 2007 coexisting and Clients using Outlook 2003 and some 2007 and OWA.

    Hello
    I ran into this a few months ago.
    The data in your archive does contain the formatting data so no major problem. Your Email Xtender client executable requires an upgrade. I think you need to contact support for the patched version.
    We simply over wrote the current executable on our clients with the new one.

    This is a known issue, Please contact EMC Support and request Hotfix # 4.81.1468 that was released to correct the following SDR # 34240.
