Client integration? Also, you are probably aware that there is a new EMC product offering called Archive Services for Email, which uses Documentum for email archiving. -- Jeff
Hello Jeff, my name is Jiri Lebruska, I used Jan login only for my question. I saw information in on presentation from last Momentum, that in Archive Services for Email v5 will be available connector/integration to Documentum. I don't know if it will be on server or client side.
The email archiving product that leverages Documentum is Archive Services for Email. There is no direct, productized integration between EmailXtender and Documentum. However, there may be customized deployments integrating the two products and there is a possiblity of developing a Documentum Enterprise Content Integration Services (ECIS) adapter to allow Documentum federated search clients to include EX archives in their search targets.
