Unable to initialize version environment
Exchange 2003, EX 4.81.564, Server has outlook 2003.
Customer uses Lotus sametime along with Outlook 2003. The search plug-in when started gives an error "Unable to initialize version environment". Even the registry key on the desktop does not get populated with any keys. Nnotes.dll does exist on the desktops but the notes client is not used.
I removed the plug-in and did the fixmapi process as well after deleting the existing mapi32.dll but it did not help.
Any suggestions.
